The NECA-IBEW Electrical JATC is located just 3 miles from the Portland International Airport. The Training Center is a 54,000 square foot facility built specifically for training of electrical apprentices and journey level workers.The T.C. has three large labs designated for Welding, Conduit Bending and Circuitry / Rigging. Each lab is 2000+ square feet. The training center has 17 individual classrooms featuring topic specific lab areas in Motors and controls, PLC's, Instrumentation, Power Quality, Residential Technology, Transformers, Voice and Data, and Fire Alarm.
